AROMACLAR
AROMACLAR is a poly-compound containing high quality P.V.P.P. which absorbs oxidized phenolic substances and tannins. It contains also casein, which improves flavor and an high clarifying, deproteinizing and dispersing bentonite. Thanks to this composition AROMACLAR is able to improve white and rosè wines characteristics, to reduce tannins in young red wines and to eliminate negative smells caused by oxidation from long aging red wines.
