Hot instability in red wines is a very complex phenomenon, the causes of which are little known until now.
REDGEL is the result of an accurate study by ENOLIFE, in collaboration with University of Salento, aimed at identifying oenological adjuvants capable of removing the substances responsible for this instability and obtain a stabilising effect on hot precipitates in red wines.
