GLOBAL FERM
GLOBAL FERM is a complex fermentation aid obtained from cell walls of a specific strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The cell structure has got a cell wall very rich in cross-linked carbohydrates (betaglucans and alphamannans). These compounds provide great adsorptive action towards pesticides toxic to yeast metabolism.
Thanks to its free amino acid-rich formulation GLOBAL FERM is an ideal fermentation aid for the early stages of alcoholic fermentation, especially in cases of grapes containing pesticides and copper.
