FOR FERMENTATION OF WHITE AND ROSE WINES IN NATURAL REDUCTION
The innovative preparation based on yeast derivatives deriving from a strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, selected for its particular predisposition to synthesize compounds with highly antioxidant properties, allows to preserve for a long time both the primary aromas coming from the grapes and the aromas generated from the activity of yeast during fermentation as well as preserving the characteristics of color. The reduced environment, naturally created with the use of SGH LIFE, remains stable and irreversible over time; ensuring a prolonged shelf life and obtaining fresher products with accentuated varietal characters, especially where the aromatic outfit is rich and complex. The richness in all the elements necessary for the development of the mycetic flora during fermentation and of mannoproteins completes in a decisive manner the final organoleptic expression.
