FRESH TAN is a blend based on tannins extracted from exotic wood. These tannins are similar to skin grapes “noble tannins”, so they are very effective in reacting with anthocyanins and stabilizing the colour. FRESH TAN is characterized by an high antioxidant power towards free radicals and it complexes heavy metals, which have got catalytic effect in oxidations processes such as copper and iron. On the organoleptic point of view, wines result softer and with a bigger body, with an improved structure and more complexity and flavour length, resistant to oxidations and with a “new freshness”.
