GRANROBUR ALBA is a high quality ellagic tannin based product originating from toasted American oak (Quercus Alba). Its composition, with very high content of whisky lactone (cis-lactone), gives to the treated product sweet organoleptic properties such as coconut, cacao, coffee and vanilla.

GRANROBUR ALBA gives to the treated wines a bigger flavour complexity, improving organoleptic properties with sweet notes such as coconut, vanilla, cacao, toasted almond, coffee; Treated wine is softer on the palate and with a bigger body. Furthermore GRANROBUR ALBA gives a better resistance to oxidation, colour stability and a longer last to treated wines.
