GRANVINACCIOLO is based on tannins originating from high quality grape seeds. It makes possible to increase the tannins concentration into wines helping colour stability, avoiding oxidations and increasing shelf life. Treated wines results full bodied and structured, with bigger complexity and equilibrium. During red fermentation, during maceration step, helps the stabilization of colouring molecules as soon as they are extracted.
GRANVINACCIOLO is characterized by high reactivity towards anthocyanins since the first step of extraction, limiting colour loss. Its action towards oxidation stabilization is very effective, including its action against polyphenol-oxidases and free radicals.
