LIFETAN ARMONIA is ellagic tannin based product originating by slow water and alcohol extraction of the inner part of particularly toasted oak wood from the most important French forests. A focused pre-extraction makes possible to remove woody and bitter notes. LIFETAN ARMONIA gives to the treated wines a great character, a superior complexity and organoleptic notes of vanilla, spicy, cacao, nuts and toasted almond. On the palates they are softer and with a bigger body. Furthermore chemical proprieties of this tannin give a better resistance to oxidation, colour stability and a longer last to treated wines.
