It finds application in all cases of fermentation in unfavorable conditions. In fact, thanks to the specific qualities of this yeast strain, such as high resistance to alcohol, excellent settlement strength, rapid and regular fermentative kinetics, low nutritional requirements, we are able to complete difficult fermentations which require fast and regular fermentative kinetics.
