KLEY LIME

KLEY LIME is a selected yeast strain particularly suitable for the production of white and rosé wines. It is able to naturally enhance fresh and citric aromatic notes with the ability to bioacidify musts, producing more vertical wines. KLEY LIME is characterized by excellent tolerance to alcohol, a marked fermentative vigor and a very low production of acetic acid.
