LF 13 V is used for floral and fruity white and rosè wines, obtained thanks to its rich enzymatic pool. It is appropriate for low temperature fermentations. LF 13 V is able, also, to produce a good amount of glycerin increasing fullness taste so it contributes to obtain high quality wines.
