LF BR 02 is used for floral and fruity white and rosè wines, obtained thanks to its rich enzymatic pool. It is appropriate for low temperature fermentations. LF BR 02 can also produce a good amount of glycerin increasing fullness taste so it contributes to obtain high quality wines. LF BR 02 is alcohol resistant and it is able to ferment at very low temperature, increasing flavor and freshness of rosè and white wines.
